Trial held January 21-February 4, 1946 at Singapore before a British Military Court of ten officers and N. C. O.s of the Japanese Army, for a series of atrocities perpetrated against Indian prisoners of war, resulting in several deaths on board of a Japanese troopship "Thames Marn" and in a P. O. W. camp in Babelthuap Island.
